Painless abortion surgery form

First of all, a B-ultrasound examination is needed to confirm that it is an intrauterine pregnancy. If the gestational sac is suitable, blood tests are performed, and the electrocardiogram is normal, you can choose to terminate the pregnancy through painless abortion. Before anesthesia surgery, certain dietary restrictions are required, and drinking is prohibited for eight hours, so as to avoid vomiting and aspiration during surgery, which may lead to the risk of suffocation. After the application of anesthetics, the patient falls asleep, and the operation is performed during sleep, so the patient is unlikely to feel pain. It is recommended to go to a local regular hospital for medical examination and surgical treatment.

Some examinations should be done before painless abortion. First, B-ultrasound is used to check the size of the gestational sac. If the gestational sac is very small or too large, it is not suitable for painless abortion. Generally speaking, 40 to 60 days of pregnancy is more suitable for painless abortion. The secretions should also be checked to eliminate inflammation. If there is vaginitis, it needs treatment before surgery. Routine blood tests and coagulation tests are also required. If the preoperative examinations for surgery are complete, you can make an appointment for painless abortion. You should not have cold symptoms before painless abortion surgery and should fast for 4-6 hours before surgery.

The painless abortion surgery takes about 5 minutes. However, due to the influence of anesthesia, it takes about an hour from entering the clinic to leaving the clinic. The surgical process is as follows: the patient empties his bladder, walks into the consulting room, lies on the operating bed, and the anesthesiologist begins anesthesia. After the anesthesia is successful, the gynecologist begins the operation, basically disinfects the private parts, spreads a sterile examination towel, checks the position and size of the uterus, dilates the vagina with a vaginal speculum, disinfects the vagina and cervical canal, clamps the anterior lip of the cervix with a cervical forceps, and uses a probe to detect the position and depth of the uterine cavity along the position of the uterus. A plastic straw is selected according to the size of the uterine cavity, the cervix is dilated, and the plastic straw is connected to the negative pressure aspirator. Air pressure is applied according to the number of weeks of pregnancy and the size of the uterine cavity, generally controlled at 400-500mmHg.

Suction the uterine cavity 1-2 times in a clockwise direction. When the uterine wall is not smooth, the tissue is suctioned clean and the operation is completed. The entire operation takes about 5 minutes. After the operation, the patient gradually wakes up, but generally needs to rest for about half an hour before fully waking up before leaving the clinic safely.
