The definition of aerobic exercise is a heart rate of 110-140, which in terms of breathing means not breathing heavily. You should also increase your aerobic exercise time by a few minutes each week to maintain intensity. In addition, exercise should be comprehensive.

The order of energy consumption in the human body is carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Before 30 minutes, carbohydrates provide energy, and after 40 minutes, fat provides energy, so more than 40 minutes of aerobic exercise is required to lose fat. After 1 hour, protein is the main source of energy. Although it is rarely used, it is also breaking down muscles.

Anaerobic exercise for weight loss mainly consumes carbohydrates, so that the subsequent aerobic exercise can be used entirely for burning fat. It also improves or more accurately maintains basal metabolism, which is incomparable to aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise only burns fat during exercise, while anaerobic exercise to improve metabolism can burn fat all day long. Currently, the best weight loss concept is to get the fat-reducing effect of exercise while sitting, and the most direct way to achieve this effect is to do anaerobic exercise. Therefore, the effect of doing only aerobic exercise is not as good as that of anaerobic plus aerobic exercise.
