(2) Angelica, ginger and mutton soup: 30 grams of angelica, 30 grams of ginger, and 500 grams of mutton. Put angelica and ginger into a casserole with appropriate amount of water, then put the mutton cut into strips into the pot. After boiling over high heat, skim off the foam and simmer over low heat for about 1.5 hours until the mutton is cooked through. You can add appropriate amount of rice wine when serving. It is best to eat it after the winter solstice.
