Many female friends will encounter the problem of not ovulating. They are very anxious and go to the hospital every few days, but they have persisted for several months and have not seen any results. That is because they have not found the right place. In fact, taking too many western medicines is not a good thing. You might as well try the method of Chinese medicine to promote ovulation. In addition, pay more attention to diet and rest in daily life, and don't put too much pressure on yourself.
