Recently, some pregnant friends have been discussing the birth of new life. Some pregnant friends think that a new life is born after a successful pregnancy, while some pregnant women think that a new life is born only when the fetus is born. Some pregnant women even asked, is the test tube embryo still alive at 35 days of pregnancy? So, regarding this issue, let me explain it in detail to all my pregnant friends.

After the sperm and egg meet and fuse to form the sperm and egg combination, and the sperm and egg combination successfully returns to the uterine cavity for the embryo to implant and develop, it can be said that a new life has been born. This is the initial starting point of the birth of new life. The sperm and egg combination undergoes cell division, division and development to form the gestational sac. However, at the beginning, the gestational sac is very small and cannot be observed even under B-ultrasound. It cannot be observed under B-ultrasound until 30 to 40 days of pregnancy.

As the gestational sac continues to grow and develop, under normal circumstances, the gestational sac will produce a fetal bud and fetal heart rate at 40 to 50 days of pregnancy, and then a fetal heartbeat will be produced at 50 to 60 days of pregnancy. Therefore, many pregnant women choose to go to the hospital for an early pregnancy ultrasound examination around 6 weeks of pregnancy. Under the B-ultrasound, the pregnant woman's uterine cavity can be observed to see whether there is a gestational sac, as well as whether a fetal bud, fetal heart rate and fetal heartbeat are produced. If a gestational sac exists, the possibility of ectopic pregnancy can be ruled out.

The presence of gestational sac, fetal bud, fetal heart rate and fetal heartbeat indicates that the test tube embryo has grown healthily. However, if only gestational sac is observed but neither the fetal bud, fetal heart rate nor the fetal heartbeat have occurred, pregnant women do not need to worry too much, because sometimes delayed menstruation before pregnancy, late ovulation, late sperm-egg combination or late embryo implantation may affect the growth of test tube embryos. As long as the fetal bud, fetal heart rate and fetal heartbeat can be successfully formed before 8 weeks of pregnancy, it indicates that the test tube embryo is growing normally.

The diet in early pregnancy should be a comprehensive, effectively formulated diet that avoids both nutrient deficiencies caused by obvious pregnancy reactions and excessive intake of some nutrients.

1. High-quality protein: Milk, oysters, summer squid, shepherd's purse and other foods are rich in high-quality protein. Adequate high-quality protein can prevent pregnant women from anxiety, headaches, leg cramps, insomnia, tooth decay and other symptoms, and can also prevent the fetus's bones and teeth from being underdeveloped.

2. Iron: Iron is very important to women's health. During pregnancy, iron is also an indispensable nutrient for pregnant women. Iron can help pregnant women avoid anemia and prevent fetal malnutrition. For example, egg yolks, meat, liver, fruits and vegetables, whole wheat bread, grains, etc. are rich in iron. Pregnant women can eat more of these foods.

3. Vitamins and folic acid tablets: Vitamin B2 group, A, C, D, E, K and folic acid tablets are all essential nutrients for pregnant women. Ingredients like liver, oatmeal, and yeast can relieve the discomfort of pregnancy, such as nausea, headaches, insomnia, leg cramps, and other problems. In addition, pregnant women can increase the intake of fruits and vegetables. These foods are rich in dietary fiber, which can prevent constipation and make bowel movements smoother.

4. Iodine: Iodine supplementation can prevent the IQ defects of the fetus. Iodine is an indispensable nutrient for pregnant women. Pregnant women need to consume 30%-100% more iodine than usual, that is, they need to consume 175-200 mg of iodine per day to meet the body's requirements. Iodine can generally be supplemented through diet. Pregnant women can eat some iodine-rich foods appropriately, such as kelp, seaweed, marine fish and other seafood. Taking it once a week can meet the needs.
