How to determine the values of various indicators in routine blood tests? Many people find it difficult to look at the checkup sheets in their hands after going to the hospital for a checkup. Especially for the scope of some various indicator values, it is confusing and I don’t know how to query them. Next, I will introduce some indicators of blood routine examination to everyone! How to judge the values of various indicators in routine blood tests 1. Check the blood routine test report The routine blood test report includes red blood cells (RBC), hemoglobin concentration (Hb), white blood cell count (WBC) and white blood cell classification count, hematocrit (HCT) and platelets (PL), etc. The normal standard value will appear on the right side of the test report. When the test result exceeds the standard value, in addition to being able to see it from the data, there will also be marks "ectopic pregnancy" and "uremia" to indicate that it is higher or lower than the normal standard value. When looking at a routine blood test report, the data on white blood cell count, blood cells and platelets are the most important. 2. Hemoglobin concentration and blood cells The main function of hemoglobin is to carry oxygen atoms, and it is the most numerous type of red blood cell in the blood. The normal concentration range of hemoglobin concentration is 110~150g/L. If the hemoglobin concentration of pregnant women exceeds 150g/L, there may be insufficient oxygen content in the blood. If the hemoglobin concentration and red blood cells decrease at the same time, acute or chronic excessive bleeding, lack of hematopoietic elements, hematopoietic disorder and hematopoietic tissue damage, anemia, etc. may occur. Different countries have different criteria for determining whether a pregnant woman is anemic. In China, the standard value of hemoglobin concentration is 100g/L. Less than 100g/L is mild anemia, less than 80g/L is moderate anemia, and less than 60g/L is severe anemia. The standard value of hemoglobin abroad is 110g/L, and less than 110g/L is mild anemia. Less than 90g/L is moderate anemia, and less than 70g/L is severe anemia. 3. White blood cell count The white blood cell count mainly has the function of eliminating pathogens and protecting health. During pregnancy, the white blood cell count has a certain increase space, starting to increase from the 7th week of pregnancy and reaching the highest point at the 30th week of pregnancy. Its standard value range is (5~12) periodontal 10^9/L, and the maximum can reach (14~16) periodontal 10^9/L. If it is higher than the pregnancy range, it means that the pregnant mother may have inflammatory infection, bleeding, poisoning, etc. 4. Platelets The standard range of platelet values is PLT (100~300) periodontal 109/L. If the platelet count is less than 100 periodontal 109/L, it will affect the coagulation of pregnant women. |
