What should women do if they are infected with candidal vaginitis?

Vaginal candidiasis is a very common gynecological disease in women. Once infected, it will cause symptoms such as vulvar itching, urinary urgency, and painful urination. In recent years, the number of female friends suffering from vaginitis has been increasing, which has a lot to do with bad hygiene habits. Moreover, many friends will suffer from recurrence of the disease due to incomplete or unscientific treatment after becoming ill, which brings great pain. So today I will tell you what women should do if they are infected with vaginitis.

Candidal vaginitis is relatively easy to cure as long as it is treated with scientific methods. The main treatment methods are as follows:

(1) Every night or every other day, rinse the vulva and vagina with 2%-4% soda water before going to bed. After rinsing, apply 0.5%-1% gentian violet solution to the vaginal wall and vulva. 5 times is a course of treatment.

(2) Topical application of nystatin. Nystatin tablets can be inserted deep into the vagina once a night, 50,000-100,000 units each time, and a course of treatment is 7-10 days. If conditions permit, you can apply nystatin cold cream (50,000 units/g) to the vulva skin. Nystatin can also be taken orally.

(3) Traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Mix 1 Bingpengsan with 2 Xileisan and spray the vaginal wall once a day for 10 days as a course of treatment; use 3-5 wormwood leaves (or stems) or garlic stems, decoct them for external washing for 7 days as a course of treatment; use 15g each of Phellodendron chinense, Taraxacum mongolicum, Cnidium monnieri, and Sophora flavescens, decoct them for fumigation and then wash the vulva and vagina, twice a day

(4) Pay attention to strengthening nutrition, strengthening the body, and increasing the body's resistance. Pay attention to changing underwear frequently, and wash used underwear, basins and towels with boiling water. Wash the vulva with boiling water every day and wipe it dry after washing to inhibit the growth of Candida albicans. Secondly, avoid wearing tight synthetic underwear, pay attention to menstrual hygiene and sexual hygiene, which can effectively prevent recurrence.

The above introduces some treatment methods for candidal vaginitis. I hope it can be of some help to female friends who encounter this disease. In fact, female candidal vaginitis is not a difficult disease to treat. It can be completely cured as long as scientific methods are used. After treatment, you must also pay attention to personal hygiene, change underwear frequently, and dry the underwear after washing it before wearing it to prevent recurrence of the disease.
