What are the symptoms of neurasthenia in women?

I don’t know how much you know about the symptoms of female neurasthenia. The incidence of this disease is very high now, and it can also cause great damage to our brain. We must understand the relevant symptoms in advance to determine whether we have similar problems. Once this disease worsens, normal people may become stupid. Let us now learn about the symptoms of female neurasthenia.

⑴ Mental fatigue: manifested as low work efficiency, frequent dizziness, lack of concentration, forgetfulness, obvious decline in memory, and general fatigue. Along with mental fatigue, some physiological reactions may occur, such as weakness in the limbs, loss of appetite, etc.

⑵ Emotional disorder: manifested as irritability and anger. Patients often feel sad and cry over trivial matters, and are sensitive and disgusted by light, noise and certain smells. While the patient is easily excited, this is accompanied by fatigue and so on.

⑶ Insomnia: It manifests as difficulty falling asleep, shallow sleep and frequent dreams. Frequent dreams reflect people's anxiety or unpleasant emotions. Due to continuous dreams all night, people feel tired when they wake up in the morning.

⑷ Hypochondriasis: When the dysfunction of the central nervous system affects the subcortical area, it causes symptoms such as indigestion, abdominal distension, palpitations, chest tightness, shortness of breath, constipation and diarrhea. Some patients focus too much attention on various changes in their bodies, and due to their insufficient understanding of the disease, they develop various hypochondriasis ideas, such as worrying about intestinal disease, stomach disease, lung disease, etc., which makes them more anxious and uneasy, so they seek medical treatment everywhere, adding to their own pain. The causes of neurasthenia are also complex, mainly including:

① Too much stress at work, long-term poor sleep, tense interpersonal relationships, dissatisfaction with work or marital disharmony, etc. Any factors that can cause contradictions and conflicts are important causes of this disease.

② Personality factors, such as being unsociable, introverted, sensitive, suspicious, stubborn, and worried about gains and losses, are all prone to this disease. The treatment of neurasthenia generally involves both psychotherapy and drug therapy, among which psychotherapy can adopt supportive psychotherapy and mental relaxation therapy.

I believe that everyone now has a clearer understanding of the symptoms of female neurasthenia. When similar symptoms appear in Sichuan, we must not be careless and must go to a nearby hospital for relevant examinations and treatments to help us get rid of this disease as soon as possible and avoid causing too much harm to our bodies.
