1. Avoid drinking caffeinated beverages and do not drink too much water before going to bed; develop regular sleeping habits and do not do strenuous exercise before going to bed; it is best to choose to sleep in the left side position to supply more blood to the fetus, which will make the baby more comfortable in the mother's belly and also ensure that the mother sleeps comfortably.

4. Take more rest. It is best to relax for 5 to 10 minutes every hour of work. Control your activity level within the limit of your physical strength and avoid standing and walking for long periods of time. Also, don't try to show off in front of heavy objects; bending over for a long time is also a taboo for expectant mothers.
