How to treat hernia in women

The number of women suffering from hernia is now smaller than that of men, but it is still important to mention some conditions related to female hernia. I hope that some female hernia patients will pay attention to the fact that surgery is a good way to treat female hernia. Choosing a good hospital to treat female hernia can still be cured, so as to avoid the problem of female infertility in the future.

Women suffer from hernia mainly because the contents of the hernia are mostly in the uterus, ovaries and fallopian tubes, and drag hernia is often prone to occur. The uterus and ovaries are squeezed and rubbed, which not only affects their normal development, but sometimes also causes distortion and uterine necrosis. The impact on the fallopian tubes is that the fimbria ends will cause adhesion, deformation, and narrowing of the fallopian tube lumen or even blockage. If the uterus, ovaries or bilateral fallopian tubes are removed due to necrosis caused by incarceration, it will cause female infertility and lead to lifelong defects.

Common problems after hernia surgery are important.

1. If you are unable to urinate or have not urinated for more than 6 to 8 hours, you need to inform the medical staff at this time, because bladder distension and urine will involve the wound and cause pain.

2. Generally, you can get out of bed and move around on the day of surgery, but you should avoid squatting to avoid involving the wound.

3. You should lie flat on the bed after the operation. If you want to sit in a semi-standing position, you should bend your knees to prevent increased abdominal pressure.

4. If the wound or scrotum is swollen, you need to stay in bed and wait until the swelling subsides before getting out of bed. These are common problems after small intestinal hernia surgery.

Vaginal hernia in woman. Women may also develop hernia during pregnancy, and patients should pay attention to this situation. For pregnant women who already have hernia, try to reduce abdominal pressure during pregnancy, such as lifting objects, and pay attention to rest more and less exercise; maintain smooth bowel movements. Once constipation occurs, the hernia may slip due to the use of abdominal pressure. In addition, don't catch a cold, because the constant coughing caused by a cold may increase the pressure in the abdomen and cause hernia.

Female hernia is a special case. Like all female gynecological diseases, it needs to be carefully treated. Don't be careless, otherwise it is very easy for women in this growth period to develop urinary system diseases. Don't blindly take medicine or injections. I hope you take care of yourself.
