Seafood such as shrimp, crab, and shellfish, as well as sweet and greasy foods, will aggravate itching and are not conducive to recovery. Eat more foods that have the effect of removing dampness, such as winter melon and watermelon. Drink more yogurt rich in Lactobacillus acidophilus.
