What are the clinical manifestations of fallopian tube obstruction?

With the progress and development of society and the intensification of competitiveness, the pace of life for women has accelerated. Not only are women under great pressure in the workplace, but they also suffer from various female diseases. Female friends should adjust their lifestyle, exercise and eat properly, pay attention to the signals sent by their bodies, reduce excessive unnecessary substances, and reduce the constraints in our lives. Let's take a look at the manifestations of fallopian tube obstruction.

First of all, the typical symptom of fallopian tube obstruction is infertility. A small number of patients will feel lower abdominal pain when the fallopian tubes are inflamed; some patients with water accumulation at the fimbria of the fallopian tubes will have chronic abdominal pain. When fallopian tube obstruction is not treated for a long time, some patients will experience symptoms such as pain on one or both sides of the lower abdomen, a feeling of heaviness, excessive secretions, and back pain. The details are as follows:

1) Dysmenorrhea. Long-term chronic inflammation of the fallopian tubes can lead to pelvic congestion, which in turn causes dysmenorrhea due to blood stasis. Dysmenorrhea is often accompanied by abdominal pain that starts one week before menstruation, and becomes more severe as the menstrual period approaches, until the onset of menstruation.

2) Irregular menstruation. The fallopian tubes are adjacent to the ovaries. When the inflammation of the fallopian tubes spreads to the ovaries, it will cause varying degrees of damage to the ovarian function, thus causing menstrual abnormalities. Among them, frequent menstruation and excessive menstrual flow are extremely common.

3) Infertility. The fallopian tube plays an important role in transporting sperm, absorbing eggs and transporting fertilized eggs to the uterine cavity. When the fallopian tube is damaged by lesions, it becomes blocked, hindering the passage of sperm and fertilized eggs, leading to infertility.

4) Others. Severe fallopian tube blockage, in addition to symptoms such as infertility and dysmenorrhea, may also cause increased vaginal discharge, painful sexual intercourse, gastrointestinal disorders, fatigue, affected or intolerant work, mental and neurological symptoms and depression.

If fallopian tube blockage is not treated for a long time, it will cause serious consequences such as infertility and ectopic pregnancy.

Clinical data show that if fallopian tube blockage is delayed or treated ineffectively, it will lead to serious consequences such as infertility and ectopic pregnancy. Among them, infertility has a great impact on the relationship between husband and wife, and the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy can also be life-threatening. Therefore, if you have fallopian tube obstruction, you must detect it early and treat it early. Do not delay treatment. Only active treatment can avoid the following hazards:

1) Infertility. The normal function of the fallopian tube plays an extremely important role in conception. It can capture the mature eggs released from the ovaries to the abdominal cavity and provide a channel for sperm to ascend, so that the sperm meets the egg in the ampulla of the fallopian tube and fertilizes it. If the fallopian tubes are blocked, sperm cannot reach the point where they meet the egg, making conception impossible.

2) Ectopic pregnancy. Under normal circumstances, the fallopian tube transports the fertilized egg to the uterine cavity through the movement of cilia and the peristalsis of the fallopian tube smooth muscle. However, when the fallopian tube is blocked, the fertilized egg cannot reach the uterine cavity and stays in the fallopian tube and other parts to grow, resulting in an ectopic pregnancy. An ectopic pregnancy can cause heavy bleeding, shock, and even be life-threatening.

Experts say that fallopian tube blockage will not heal on its own. Therefore, once symptoms of fallopian tube obstruction appear, early and scientific treatment is the key.

Women should pay more attention to their physical health, insist on self-respect, self-love, self-confidence and self-reliance. We must treat the problem of fallopian tube obstruction correctly and without delay. In today's advanced medical world, various diseases are often cured. Maintain a good attitude and let the flower of women bloom.
