3. During the menstrual period, it is generally not advisable to do yoga. Occasionally, you can do some relaxing exercises in the last one or two days to wake up the body. However, you should avoid poses that compress the pelvis, waist and abdomen, or poses that place the pelvis above the heart.

4. If conditions permit, you can attend physiological yoga classes, which not only allows you to practice yoga but also improves your personal physical fitness.

5. You cannot maintain a standing or balancing posture for too long. Too intense a posture can easily cause tension and fatigue. You also cannot learn difficult postures or learn new postures.

However, the week after menstruation is the fastest period of human metabolism, which is very suitable for weight loss. So you can increase your exercise at this time to control your weight. It is very effective. Some of my classmates used this to lose weight. But please note that it is not suitable to lose weight during menstruation and the week before menstruation, so just control it reasonably.
