What is the cause of obesity in polycystic ovary syndrome?

Today's material life has improved rapidly compared to the past. Human tables are no longer filled with green vegetables, but instead are dominated by meat. In this case, the human body's physical fitness not only did not improve, but declined a lot. Many friends have symptoms of high cholesterol and high blood sugar. These can also lead to obesity. Besides, a lot of obesity comes from cystic ovary syndrome, what is this?

Obesity is a high-risk factor for endometrial cancer. Most obese people suffer from high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and endocrine hormone disorders, among which estrogen is the main factor inducing endometrial cancer, especially in obese menopausal women. Therefore, to reduce the incidence of endometrial cancer, it is necessary to control obesity and reduce the degree of obesity. High-risk groups should go to the hospital for examination as soon as possible if they experience menstrual disorders, delayed menopause or abnormal vaginal bleeding after menopause.

Symptoms of endometrial cancer: irregular uterine bleeding, increased vaginal discharge, yellow watery or bloody. In the late stage, if the tumor infiltrates surrounding tissues or compresses nerves, pain in the lower abdomen and lumbosacral region may occur, and radiate to the lower limbs and feet.

There are no obvious abnormalities in the early gynecological examination of endometrial cancer, but in the late stage, the uterus will become enlarged, softened, and fixed, and there will be nodular lumps beside the uterus. When women with obesity-related polycystic ovary syndrome stop ovulating, their follicles will secrete more female and male hormones than normal, resulting in bidirectional physiological changes: fuller breasts, thicker masculine hair, and acne. More seriously, due to the long-term amenorrhea, such patients are prone to develop endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial cancer, hypertension, heart disease, high blood lipids, diabetes and other diseases.
