When women are diagnosed with uterine cancer for the first time, they will immediately understand the symptoms of the body, so many female friends will take measures to treat it, hoping to control the development of uterine cancer. Because early stage uterine sarcoma is not too serious, women feel that treatment is also very easy, so, can early stage uterine sarcoma be cured? Can early stage uterine sarcoma be cured? Proactive treatment can lead to recovery. The standard of care for uterine sarcoma is surgery. In stage I, total hysterectomy, bilateral adnexectomy, and pelvic lymph node removal or biopsy are performed, and surgical pathology is performed in installments. Stage II cervical sarcoma and carcinosarcoma should undergo complete hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node removal, and para-aortic lymph node removal or puncture biopsy is required. Depending on the early, middle or late stage of the disease, adding radiotherapy or chemotherapy after surgery may improve the efficacy. At present, the drugs that have good effects on sarcoma radiotherapy include cisplatin, doxorubicin, ifosfamide, etc., and a common three-drug synergistic plan. Malignant complex Müllerian tumors and high-aspect ratio malignant mural stromal sarcomas are more sensitive to radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Mildly malignant uterine mural stromal tumors contain estrogen and progesterone kinases, which have a certain practical effect on estrogen treatment. Commonly used drugs are medroxyprogesterone or megestrol acetate, with large dosages and high efficiency. Symptoms of uterine sarcoma The early symptoms of uterine sarcoma are not obvious. As the disease progresses, the patient may experience the following symptoms: 1. Irregular vaginal bleeding: This condition is quite common and the amount of bleeding varies. 2. Abdominal pain: The sarcoma grows and develops rapidly, the uterus expands rapidly or the tumor capillaries rupture, necrosis, and rupture of the uterine muscle wall cause acute abdominal pain. 3. Abdominal mass: A mass appears in the abdomen and expands rapidly. 4. Compression symptoms and others: The patient may have bladder or duodenal compression symptoms, with symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, inability to hold urine, urinary retention, and difficulty in defecation. Terminal patients are emaciated, anemic, have a low-grade fever, or have lung or brain metastases and other related symptoms. When cervical sarcoma or tumor prolapses from the uterine cavity into the female vagina, a lot of foul-smelling secretions often appear. The symptoms of early uterine cancer are not serious, but women still need to pay attention to treatment. Only timely and serious treatment can the disease be completely cured. It is important to grasp the opportunity when treating uterine tumor in the early stage. If the opportunity is not grasped well, it is easy for uterine tumor to develop further, and then it will be more difficult to recover. |
