Why do women's eyes turn yellow?

In daily life, we often observe that some women’s eyes turn yellow. Is this a normal phenomenon or is it because there is a problem in some part of the body? In fact, we can find that many women do not care so much about yellowing of the eyeballs and do not pay attention to it. Little do they know that yellowing of the eyeballs indicates that there is a problem in a certain part of our body. Next, I will introduce the reasons why women’s eyes turn yellow.

1. The possibility of hepatitis or gallbladder disease cannot be ruled out. Pay attention to timely examination and diagnosis. It is common in hepatitis B, gallstones, and cholecystitis. It is recommended to undergo timely gastroenterology examination and treatment and eat a light diet.

2. Pay attention to rest and make sure to supplement enough nutrition to enhance your resistance.

3. Do liver function and liver and kidney B-ultrasound. It may be that there is a lot of wind and sand in your daily living environment, and your eyes are relatively large or your eyelashes are relatively short, so there are more chances of sand and dust blowing into your eyes; at the same time, you spend a long time in front of the computer every day. These two factors cause you to rub your eyes frequently.

4. We know that there is a layer of membrane on the outermost part of the eyeball, and there are abundant capillaries in the eyeball tissue below. If the eyeball is often pressed and rubbed, the capillaries will have microbleeds. Over time, more and more microbleeds cannot be fully absorbed in time and accumulate in the eye surface tissue. The external manifestation is that the eyeball looks irregularly yellow (or light orange, light brown) in some parts, but the eyes do not necessarily feel uncomfortable.

5. It is recommended that you wear a pair of plain glasses when going out on windy and sandy days. Rest your eyes for 10-20 minutes after working in front of the computer for 1-2 hours (you can look into the distance and at green plants). Pay attention to eye care and use eye drops to improve eyesight. Pay attention to nutrition, eat more vegetables, and take some vitamin health products.

6. Try not to rub your eyes with your hands. If you feel uncomfortable, you can use other methods to eliminate it (for example, ask someone to blow away the dust or cover your eyes gently with a clean handkerchief or gauze.

The above introduction lets us know that yellowing of women’s eyes is a precursor to many physical diseases. If you find symptoms of yellowing of your eyes, you should pay attention to it and seek medical attention in time. At the same time, we should take good care of our eyes in our daily lives. You should know that eyes are the windows to our soul. They allow us to see many beautiful things. Without them, our world will be dark.
