Pregnancy position

Pregnancy position

Some women often have one or another minor problem during pregnancy, and many people often feel confused about this. The treatment of this problem is also difficult to a certain extent. It requires women to adjust themselves, find out the causes of such problems, and summarize the experience of some experienced people. For example, the belly is very obvious during pregnancy, so what is the reason for the belly being very obvious during pregnancy?

1. The part of the belly that shows during pregnancy

During the entire pregnancy process, under normal circumstances, the fetus should be in the amniotic cavity of the mother's uterus. Before twelve weeks, the uterus is relatively small and is located in the pelvis, so it is usually not palpable on the abdomen. After the twelfth week of pregnancy, the bottom of the uterus can be touched at the level of about two horizontal fingers at the pubic hair. At this time, you should do a good job of pregnancy check-up. In the second half of pregnancy, the abdomen will grow more obviously, and there will be some fat accumulation in the abdomen, which can obviously touch the movement of the baby's body. During pregnancy, you should eat low-salt, low-sugar, and low-fat foods, and have regular prenatal checkups to prevent fatigue.

2. Belly show time

1. In most cases, a woman's belly will show after three months of pregnancy, that is, at 12 weeks. At this time, the abdomen will gradually begin to expand. Of course, some people are taller or the baby's embryo has a rear camera, and the abdomen is not visible from the outside due to loose clothes. Some women are slightly plump, and their abdomen looks very big at 12 weeks of pregnancy.

2. At this time, relatives need to take good care of pregnant women, but avoid eating too much nutritious food, which will lead to rapid weight gain. At the same time, they should also measure their blood pressure, blood sugar and other multi-marker values in time and accurately, and use blood tests, colorful B-ultrasound and other methods to fully understand the baby's growth status. When going out, try to choose places with fewer people to avoid staying in places with large passenger flow, which can easily cause pregnant women to get sick.

3. At 12 weeks of pregnancy, the shape of the woman's uterus is the size of a pear, and this is the full stage of the baby's growth and development. It is necessary to ensure adequate supply of nutrients, especially various minerals. Therefore, in addition to eating meat, you should also add fruits and vegetables and fruits, and avoid having sexual intercourse.
