What to do if your period has black bleeding

Menstruation is a normal physiological phenomenon for women. Women generally have menstruation after puberty. The menstrual cycle is usually about one month. Under normal circumstances, menstruation lasts for one week per month. The phenomenon of menstruation also indicates that the female body is gradually maturing and has the ability to reproduce. In daily life, there are many situations that can cause abnormal menstruation, delays or early onset. Some women often have abnormal colors, such as black bleeding. These are all manifestations of physical abnormalities.

If female friends find that their menstrual blood is black, they should pay attention. Black blood clots are often related to the amount of menstrual bleeding. When the bleeding is heavy, it will not be able to form a blood clot and be discharged in time. Blood clots may often be caused by the heavy bleeding at this time, so they are accumulated into a clot. When menstrual blood comes out, the endometrium will fall off, but it may be some fragments. The blood clots should still come from the blood vessels that supply the endometrium. In other words, the discharge of blood clots during menstruation indicates excessive menstrual flow. There are black blood clots in menstruation, which vary in size and are often accompanied by brighter red menstrual blood. However, if they flow out in large clots, you should go to the hospital for treatment immediately.

Changes in the external environment and living habits can also lead to a temporary decrease in menstrual volume or a change in color. Secondly, overheated constitution can also result in this clinical manifestation. The patient will have scanty menstrual flow, darker color, such as dark red or brown, and rarely accompanied by abdominal pain and other clinical symptoms.

Cold body. The most common one is the uterine cold mentioned in traditional Chinese medicine. The main clinical manifestation of uterine cold is scanty menstruation, accompanied by abdominal pain, blood clots, etc. Some patients will have symptoms such as cold limbs and sweating. Keep a happy spirit, avoid mental stimulation and mood swings. Some people may experience lower abdominal distension, back pain, breast pain, mild diarrhea, fatigue, drowsiness, emotional instability, irritability or depression during menstruation. These are all normal and there is no need to be overly nervous.

Abnormal symptoms of women's menstruation should be given enough attention, and precautions should be taken in daily life, paying attention to personal hygiene to avoid unnecessary infections. You should also pay attention to regularity in your daily diet and avoid eating raw, cold and spicy foods. During menstruation, it is advisable to eat some fresh vegetables and fruits to replenish the body's vitamins and proteins, and drink more boiled water to maintain balanced water in the body.
