There is a round lump in the right breast

It is mostly considered to be breast fibroadenoma, which is not serious. It is the most common breast tumor in women and is more common in young women. It is often seen in the external manifestations of the breast. Most of them are malignant, and a few can be multiple. Generally, there are no obvious clinical manifestations and they are discovered during routine physical examinations or accidentally. The lumps are tough, smooth on the surface, have good mobility, are non-tender, and have clear boundaries. The cause of its occurrence is related to estrogen. Fibroma is a benign disease with a low possibility of progression. Surgical removal is the only reasonable method of treatment.

It is recommended to go to the hospital for examination and diagnosis. The less painful the breast lump is, the more attention it should be paid. Because painless breast lumps happen to be one of the characteristics of breast cancer. Generally speaking, inflammatory breast lumps are often accompanied by more severe breast pain. The lump part is also accompanied by obvious inflammatory reactions such as redness, swelling, heat, and pain. The lump can become purulent and rupture. After anti-infection treatment and local drainage methods, the inflammation will subside and the lump can disappear. Hyperplastic breast lumps are often accompanied by early menstrual breast pain. After menstruation, the pain can be relieved and the lumps can also shrink to a certain extent. The lumps are often multiple, soft or tough, and some parts may have mild to moderate tenderness. They will improve to varying degrees after drug treatment.

If a ring-shaped lump is found in the breast with good mobility, a color ultrasound examination of the breast should be performed first. If it is for young people, the most common one is breast fibroadenoma, which is mainly manifested as a detailed lump in the outer membrane and is also a good disease.

If there are no clinical pain symptoms, regular follow-up and observation can be performed. For lesions smaller than 1 cm, a color ultrasound of the breast should be performed every three to six months. If the lesion gradually expands and affects the appearance, surgical removal can be performed under epidural anesthesia through a transnipple incision or a radial incision on the breast to remove the lesion. Pay attention to carefully separate the outer membrane to avoid remnants. After the operation, you need to change the dressing regularly and have regular follow-up visits. Breast fibroadenoma is a normal disease, and its cause is believed to be related to the abnormality of female hormones in the body.
