What causes bleeding in women during sexual intercourse?

If the cancer develops further, it will be more likely to bleed.

4. Endometriosis can cause bleeding. The amount of bleeding is usually small and dark red, and abdominal pain often occurs after sex.

5. Pelvic inflammatory disease. Pelvic inflammation can cause pelvic congestion. If the endometrium is congested and edematous, the congested endometrium may ooze out after sex, but this happens rarely.

If a man is too rough during sex, it may also cause vaginal bleeding in women. Regardless of the cause of the bleeding, when a woman experiences vaginal bleeding, she should stop having sex and should not continue. Vaginal bleeding should be taken seriously and sexual intercourse should be avoided during subsequent treatment.
