What causes urethral pain when women urinate?

In today's society, such problems have become a puzzle for many people. What exactly is the cause? We should not worry about how to deal with such things. Nowadays, technology is so advanced that we don't have to worry about what complications it will cause us. Next, I will explain to you how urethral pain is caused.

Urinary pain refers to pain in the urethra, bladder and perineum when urinating. The pain level can be mild or severe, often feeling like a burning sensation, or as severe as a stabbing pain. Painful urination is common in urethritis, prostatitis, prostatic hyperplasia, seminal vesiculitis, cystitis, urethral stones, bladder tuberculosis, pyelonephritis, etc. According to the characteristics of urinary pain, it is helpful to establish the diagnosis of the disease.

(1) If there is noticeable pain at the beginning of urination or if urination is difficult, the disease is mostly at the urethral opening and is more common in acute urethritis.

(2) If there is pain at the end of urination and the patient cannot hold the urine, the disease is mostly in the bladder, which is often seen in acute cystitis.

(3) If there is significant pain at the end of urination, or if there is still pain after urination, or if there is a feeling of "empty pain", or if there is pain even without urination, the disease is mostly at the urethral opening or adjacent organs, such as bladder trigone inflammation, prostatitis, etc.

(4) Sudden cessation of urination accompanied by pain or urinary retention: common in bladder, urethral stones or urethral foreign bodies.

(5) Difficult urination accompanied by distension and pain: Older men are more likely to suffer from prostate hyperplasia, which can also be common in urethral stones.

(6) Stinging or burning pain when urinating: This is common in irritating inflammatory reactions, such as acute urethritis, cystitis, prostatitis, and pyelonephritis.

Urinary tract infection is a common disease caused by bacteria invading the urethra. It is common in married women and is mainly manifested by frequent urination, urgency, inability to hold urine, and painful urination. Clinically, it is found that some middle-aged and middle-aged women also have symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, inability to hold urine, and even painful urination, and the symptoms recur frequently, and the treatment effect of urethral infection is not obvious. In fact, these patients do not suffer from urinary tract infection, which is medically called urethral syndrome or sterile cystitis.

The cause of urethral syndrome is still unclear, but it is related to the following factors: frequent washing of the lower body with soap or disinfectant, causing poor irritation; frequent wearing of synthetic underwear causing skin allergies; careless damage to the urethral mucosa during sexual intercourse; insufficient drinking water, the extracted urine irritates the urethral opening; leucorrhea often irritates the urethral opening; postmenopausal women's estrogen secretion decreases, causing the urethral mucosa to shrink and soften, making it easier to be damaged. In addition, viral infection, chlamydia, and fungal invasion are also key causes of the disease. The pathological basis of this disease is the dysfunction of the female bladder urethra. Therefore, in addition to the symptoms of urethral infection, there will also be symptoms such as anal prolapse, urethral pain after bladder emptying, and in severe cases, it may be accompanied by terminal hematuria and stress urinary incontinence.

Seeing this, you will have a great awakening. Is it not as serious as you think? If we pay attention to hygiene, there will be no germs. Without germs, there will be many diseases. Now that technology is so advanced, we can no longer bear the destruction of diseases, and we will return to our healthy selves!
