3. Leg press

Stand sideways facing a support object, with your left leg straight and your toes slightly turned outward. Raise your right leg, place your heel on the support object, and curl your toes. Be careful not to bend your knees. If you cannot stand steadily, you can choose a lower table, but try to keep your movements standard. The hips should not protrude forward or backward, the upper body should be upright, and the body should be pressed in the positive and sideward direction. People with better flexibility can reach their toes with their other hand. Gradually increase the strength and feel the soreness and stretching in the waist and inner thighs.

4. Climb stairs

Try to walk more often, and take the stairs instead of the elevator when going to and from get off work.
