Symptoms of abdominal pain during pregnancy

In daily life, there are many constraints and some knowledge about pregnancy, which is relatively rare for everyone, especially for the first pregnancy, many pregnancy care methods are relatively unfamiliar, especially the phenomenon of abdominal distension and pain one month into pregnancy, which makes people feel at a loss. Then let us introduce what we should do when encountering such a situation!

1. Cessation of menstruation: This is the most common sign of pregnancy that most people notice. As long as a woman is of childbearing age and has normal menstruation, she may be pregnant if her period stops for more than two weeks after sexual intercourse. But not having your period does not mean you are pregnant. There are many reasons for not having your period, such as poor ovarian function, abnormal hormone secretion, busy work, exam stress, etc., which can cause late menstruation. Therefore, it is best to get a doctor's diagnosis, which is the safest.

2. Breast pain, swelling and itching: Breast pain, swelling and itching are physiological phenomena in early pregnancy. In addition, there will be other changes such as darkening of areola color, obvious veins under the breast skin, and obvious protrusion of nipples.

3. Frequent feeling of nausea and vomiting: Almost all pregnant women in the early stages of pregnancy often feel nausea and vomiting, especially at the beginning of the day. These symptoms vary from person to person, and some people have very mild symptoms, while others have very severe symptoms. Unless you have severe nausea and vomiting, you don't need to see a doctor. Otherwise, these are normal phenomena in early pregnancy.

4. Changes in skin color: Skin pigmentation or stretch marks may occur on the abdominal wall, especially in the later stages of pregnancy.

5. Vaginal mucosal discoloration: In the early stages of pregnancy, the vaginal mucosa may become darker in color due to congestion. This will be determined by your doctor.

6. Easy to get tired: You may get tired easily in the early stages of pregnancy and often feel sleepy.

7. Frequent urination: In the third month of pregnancy, the bladder is compressed by the growing uterus, causing the bladder capacity to decrease, resulting in frequent urination.

In the above article, we learned that abdominal distension and pain occur one month after pregnancy. In fact, this phenomenon is very normal. We must also prevent the usual diet and rest, so that the baby can grow and develop better and be born healthy.
