How to keep female reproductive organs clean

I think most women do not do enough to clean and maintain their private parts. When many women go to the gynecology departments of major hospitals for examinations, they see many doctors telling their patients how to take care of their private parts. This phenomenon surprises me that there are still so many women who don’t know how to take care of their private parts.

Be sure to do a good job of hygienic cleaning. Women should prepare their own special washing basin, special washing utensils and towels. Cleaning utensils should be washed before use, and towels should be dried in the sun or in a ventilated place after use. It is best to expose them to the sun to facilitate sterilization and disinfection. Because towels are not exposed to sunlight for a long time, they are prone to breed bacteria and fungi. Use a weakly acidic feminine care solution with a pH of 4 to clean the vulva to reduce skin irritation.

After defecation, wipe from front to back with toilet paper, and develop the habit of washing or flushing the anus with warm water. If it is not wiped clean, fecal stains will remain at the anus and contaminate the underwear. The intestinal bacteria contained in the feces stains will take the opportunity to enter the vagina and cause inflammation. During menstruation, wash the vulva frequently with warm water and change sanitary napkins frequently to prevent blood stains from becoming a breeding ground for bacteria. When cleaning, do not use highly alkaline soaps or chemicals such as potassium permanganate to avoid changing the normal acidic environment of the vagina.

Some women use various lotions to clean their lower body for a long time, and some women even use tap water to rinse their vagina when bathing. These are not advisable. The female vagina is an acidic environment and has a self-cleaning function. Long-term use of various vaginal washes will kill the vaginal bacteria that are beneficial to the body, reduce local resistance, and increase the chance of infection. For daily cleaning, you can use a weakly acidic feminine care solution with a PH value of 4.

For our own health as women, we should pay more attention to and protect our own private parts. It is necessary to clean and care for your private parts in a timely and regular manner, pay attention to keeping yourself clean and hygienic, and try to develop good cleaning and hygienic habits. I believe that everyone has gained something from the introduction of the above experts.
