The best age and time for women to have children

Many female friends will devote their body and mind to their careers. A big change is that there are more and more older mothers now. So for the best age for women to have children, I believe some friends don’t know it. Let me introduce it to you. This will also be of great help for your physical recovery.

, 25-29 years old is the best childbearing age

Relevant departments in my country have proposed based on research in the three areas of obstetric physiology, eugenics and population control that the most suitable childbearing age for women is 25-29 years old. Clinical practice has shown that women in this age group have the strongest fertility, the best uterine contraction force, and a lower chance of dystocia. If the mother is too young, such as 20 years old, she is prone to complications such as pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome, premature birth, etc., and may also suffer from dystocia due to incomplete pelvic development. If the mother is too old, especially over 35 years old, the possibility of oocyte deformation increases, and therefore the incidence of fetal malformations increases. Studies have shown that the incidence of congenital idiocy in infants aged 25-29 is only 1/1500; 1/900 for those aged 30-34; it rises to 1/300 for those aged 35-39; and as high as 1/40 for those over 45 years old. In addition, if the mother is too old, other chromosomal abnormalities and congenital physical and intellectual deficiencies often occur.

Over 45, fertility drops dramatically

From the perspective of obstetrics and gynecology, women between the ages of 18 and 45 are considered to be women of childbearing age. In fact, women have the ability to conceive after their menarche, and it is not uncommon for women to give birth after the age of 45. However, women before the age of 18 and after the age of 45 have irregular ovulation or poor egg development, and their chances of pregnancy are lower. In fact, fertility gradually decreases with age. Studies have shown that if women of childbearing age do not use contraception, about 57% will get pregnant after three months of cohabitation; about 70% will get pregnant after six months of cohabitation; 85% will get pregnant after one year, and 93% will get pregnant after two years.

Nowadays, there are more and more older mothers giving birth. Most of the time, it is because many women often ignore their best childbearing age, which can easily cause fetal maldevelopment and some effects on their own bodies. The above article introduces the best age for women to give birth.
