For many unmarried women, early endometriosis is extremely unfamiliar. Experts remind that under normal circumstances, the endometrium grows in the female uterus. Due to many factors such as long-term irregular life, staying up late, chaotic sexual life, habitual miscarriage, etc., the endometrium will become ectopic. The occurrence of ectopic uterus has a great impact on unmarried women. So, what are the symptoms of early endometriosis in women? Specific symptoms of early endometriosis: 1. Dysmenorrhea Dysmenorrhea is a common and prominent symptom, which is mostly secondary, that is, it starts from the occurrence of endometriosis. Usually, there was no pain during menstruation in the past, but dysmenorrhea begins from a certain period. It can occur before, during, and after menstruation. The pain often worsens with the menstrual cycle. This is mainly because the estrogen level continues to rise, causing the ectopic endometrium to proliferate and swell. If it is affected by progesterone, it will bleed and irritate local tissues, causing pain. After menstruation, the ectopic endometrium gradually shrinks and dysmenorrhea disappears. In addition, in pelvic endometriosis, many inflammatory processes can be identified, most likely localized with active peritoneal lesions, producing prostaglandins, kinins, and other peptides that cause pain or tenderness. 2. Excessive menstruation Generally, endogenous endometriosis will cause increased menstrual flow and prolonged menstrual period. This situation may be caused by an increase in endometrium, but it is often accompanied by ovarian dysfunction. 3. Pain during sexual intercourse Generally, if endometriosis occurs in the rectouterine fossa or vaginal rectal septum, it will cause swelling of the surrounding tissues and affect sexual life, aggravating sexual discomfort. 4. Stool swelling It usually occurs before or after menstruation. The patient feels unbearable pain when feces passes through the rectum, but does not feel this at other times. It is a typical symptom of endometriosis in the rectouterine fossa and near the rectum. Occasionally, the ectopic endometrium reaches deep into the rectal mucosa, causing rectal bleeding during menstruation. Endometriotic lesions that form strictures around the rectum can cause symptoms of tenesmus and obstruction, similar to those of cancer. 5. Bladder symptoms It is more common in patients with endometriosis extending to the bladder, and symptoms of periodic frequent urination and painful urination will occur; when the bladder mucosa is invaded, periodic hematuria may also occur. 6. Infertility Endometriosis patients are often accompanied by infertility. Warm reminder: The importance of the uterus to women is self-evident. However, in life, there are many factors that can cause women to suffer from early endometriosis. This phenomenon can directly lead to female infertility. Therefore, women should take it seriously, nip the disease in the bud, and give themselves a healthy body. |
