At present, regulations on late childbearing are formulated by local governments. Therefore, when it is time to apply for maternity leave, please check whether the new regulations have come into effect, and apply for leave in accordance with the local provincial and municipal regulations on late childbearing leave. If the new regulations have not yet come into effect, then apply for leave in accordance with the original regulations.
