General treatment

Cervical hypertrophy and hyperplasia have certain adverse effects on female friends, so the treatment of this disease has always been a focus of attention. Cervical hypertrophy and hyperplasia is an inflammatory lesion caused by chronic inflammation stimulating the cervical mucosa. Therefore, the inflammation of the vagina and cervix should be treated first. Simple cervical hypertrophy and hyperplasia generally do not require treatment. Many harmful bacteria invade the vagina first in the mucous membrane and folds of the vaginal side walls. This is a minor infection, which can usually be solved by cleaning the vulva with feminine care liquid to maintain the self-cleaning function of the vagina. However, if the harmful bacteria continue to enter the vaginal vault and cervix, it will cause cervical hypertrophy. At this time, the self-cleaning function of the vagina cannot solve the problem. You need to use a wash solution, and it is best to go deep into the vaginal vault and cervix. The length of the catheter is determined according to the physiological characteristics of women. This can significantly improve the inflammation in the vault area.

Diet therapy

Diet therapy is very good for the treatment of cervical hypertrophy. However, it does not mean that diet therapy can completely cure cervical hypertrophy, but it can play a role in regulating the body and controlling the disease. There are several dietary therapies: 1. Put 30 grams of new silkworm sand (wrapped in cloth) and 30 grams of Job's tears in a clay pot, add appropriate amount of water and boil it, once a day, for 5 to 7 days. 2. Wrap 9 grams of lentil flowers and 12 grams of Chinese toon bark in gauze, add 200 ml of water, boil and take 150 ml. Drink in several times. It usually takes effect in 1 week.

Physical therapy

For patients with cervical hypertrophy, deep and extensive erosion involving the cervical canal, and/or suspected malignant changes, physical therapy can be chosen. Common ones include: 1) Electric ironing. The head of the electric iron is used to contact the eroded surface to coagulate the tissue and form a scab. The scab begins to fall off after about two weeks, and it usually takes 6 to 8 weeks for the wound to heal. The operation should be performed 3 to 5 days after the end of menstruation. Do not use if you have adnexitis. After treatment, leucorrhea may temporarily increase or cause bleeding. If there is a lot of bleeding, use sterile gauze to apply pressure to stop the bleeding and remove it after 24 hours. The disadvantage is that scar contraction may sometimes lead to cervical stenosis. 2) Cryotherapy uses a liquid nitrogen rapid cooling device. Place the probe on the eroded surface for 1 to 3 minutes, remove it after natural rewarming, and cause the diseased tissue to freeze and necrotize. A lot of watery discharge may occur 2 to 3 weeks after treatment. The advantage is that bleeding and cervical stenosis occur less frequently. 3) Laser treatment: Laser carbonizes and forms scabs on the eroded tissue, and the healing process is the same as the previous two treatment methods. 4) Focused Ultrasound Therapy

8. Prevention

To prevent cervical hyperplasia, you should pay attention to the following points:

1. Pay attention to sexual hygiene, control your sex life appropriately, and resolutely put an end to extramarital sex and avoid sexual intercourse during menstruation.

2. Take timely and effective contraceptive measures to reduce the rate of induced abortion. The incidence of induced labor is to reduce the chance of artificial trauma and bacterial infection.

3. Those with short menstrual cycles or prolonged menstrual periods should be actively treated.

4. Prevent instruments from damaging the cervix during delivery.

5. If cervical laceration is found after delivery, it should be sutured promptly.

6. Have regular gynecological examinations to detect cervical inflammation and provide timely treatment.

Well, the above is an introduction to some methods of preventing and treating cervical hyperplasia. After reading it, do you feel that being a woman is not easy? If you are troubled by gynecological diseases, we must pay more attention to ourselves, clean in time and pay attention to hygiene. Our methods can only treat the symptoms but not the root cause, so what we need to do is prevention first!
