Private health self-test

Private health self-test

If you want to know whether you are healthy, you need to understand all aspects of your body. Many people have physical examinations every year, so they have a good grasp of their physical conditions. However, when doing physical examinations, you cannot do it alone. You need to choose from multiple aspects. You need to check your blood, bones, and internal organs to avoid hidden dangers in your body. So how do you do a self-test of your private health?

Private health self-test:

1. Urethritis self-test

Because women's reproductive organs are different from men's, the urethral opening is open, and it is always wrapped, which is conducive to the growth of bacteria. Therefore, the rate of urethritis in women is also very high. Clinically, it is divided into acute and chronic, nonspecific urethritis and gonococcal urethritis. If women find the following symptoms: urethral discharge is scanty, thin, mucous or mucopurulent. If you do not urinate for a long time (such as when you wake up in the morning), a small amount of thin secretions may overflow from the urethra. Sometimes, the only symptom is a crust blocking the urethral opening or staining underwear in the morning, which may indicate urethritis. During the examination, the anterior urethra needs to be squeezed from back to front to allow a small amount of secretions to overflow from the urethral opening.

2. Self-diagnosis of vaginitis

Vaginitis is mainly divided into Trichomonas vaginitis, bacterial vaginitis and fungal vaginitis. Self-diagnosis of vaginitis mainly observes the condition of leucorrhea. Various types of vaginitis have symptoms of increased leucorrhea, frequent urination, urgency, and pain when urinating. The vulva has varying degrees of itching, burning or pain, and the acute phase is accompanied by fever. The characteristics of leucorrhea caused by different types of vaginitis are different, which can be used as a basis for identification. Common symptoms of bacterial vaginosis include vulvar and vaginal itching, increased discharge, a fishy odor, and may be accompanied by mild vulvar itching or burning sensation. If you have vaginitis, you need to go to the hospital to determine what type it is.

3. Self-diagnosis of pelvic inflammatory disease and adnexitis

Pelvic inflammatory disease and adnexitis are also the most common gynecological diseases. Typical symptoms are fever and chills. Patients with a long course of illness may develop symptoms of neurasthenia, such as insomnia, lack of energy, and general discomfort. Patients often have pain and distension in the lower abdomen, soreness in the lumbar region, and sometimes a distended feeling in the anus, which may worsen after fatigue, sexual intercourse, and before menstruation. Leucorrhea increases and is purulent or serous, yellow or white in color, and often accompanied by a foul odor. Dysmenorrhea or heavy menstrual flow. It can easily cause primary or secondary infertility.

Through the understanding of private health self-testing, you can do this at home. However, women should not do it excessively when self-testing their private health. Excessive testing will also have an impact on the body. If you are not proficient in self-testing, it will easily hurt yourself. Women should also pay attention to this.
