Use a cervical forceps to clamp the anterior lip of the cervix, and use a probe to gently enter the uterine cavity through the cervical os to detect the depth of the uterine cavity. Insert the Nd:YAG optical fiber through the rubber cap through the hysteroscopic biopsy channel. Under direct vision, insert the optical fiber into the root of the polyp to output laser. Adjust the laser output power according to the size of the polyp root. When the polyp turns crimson purple, any that can be removed from the base will be removed. For sessile and smaller polyps, the needle can be directly inserted to solidify and the whitening will stop.

Hysterectomy is just a minor operation and has little impact on the female body, so there is no need to be too nervous.

The following points should be noted after uterine polyp surgery:

1. Pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene after treatment. The couple is prohibited from having sexual intercourse within one month, and should go to the hospital to check their recovery status after one month.

2. Pay attention to rest and avoid fatigue. Although cervical polyp surgery is very simple, short and minimally invasive, patients still need to pay attention to allowing their bodies to recover to normal levels as much as possible to prevent pathogenic bacteria from invading and wreaking havoc when the patient's immunity is low.

3. Take medicine on time and have regular check-ups. Patients should take anti-infective drugs as required by the doctor and should not stop taking the drugs or increase or decrease the dosage at will. In view of the high chance of recurrence of this disease, it is best for patients to have a check-up every 2 months to reduce subsequent effects.

4. Eat a light and nutritious diet. After surgery, patients can choose some foods that are easy to digest and rich in vitamins, such as tomatoes, apples, etc. However, patients are advised to eat less or no spicy, irritating, greasy, and high-sugar foods because they are not conducive to wound healing.
