Pregnancy weight calculator

How much a woman gains weight during pregnancy is affected by factors such as age, height, her diet, and her weight before pregnancy. The maternity weight calculator can calculate the body mass index (BMI) according to your height and weight before pregnancy, and understand your health status, whether your weight is normal, overweight or obese, etc. During the 10 months of pregnancy, weight gain is not distributed equally in the order of chronological order. Be sure to follow the regularity of the "growth curve" of weight gain during pregnancy to ensure the health of mother and baby.

Standard calculation method for weight gain during pregnancy, warm reminder about the weight gain table for pregnant women:

1. Standard weight before pregnancy (kg) = (height) * 2 periodontal 21 (idealized value 22). For example: If a person is 160cm tall, the basic weight standard before pregnancy is 1.6 × 1.6 × 21 = 53.76kg.

2. The ratio of actual weight to standard deviation of weight before pregnancy. The obesity degree (actual weight - standard weight) is 100% of the standard weight for obstetrics and gynecology. If the obesity degree exceeds 20%, you should pay attention to weight control.

3. Accurately measure the degree of obesity: BMI value = weight (kg) x height (m) * 2. For example: weight 75kg, height 175cm, then BMI = 70 (1.75 BMI 1.75) = 22.86 <20 is thin, 20-24 is normal, 24-26.4 is slightly fat, and above 26.4 is overweight.

4. The ideal weight for safe delivery of pregnant women (BMI before pregnancy: 0.88 - 6.65) (height: m)*2. For example, if a person is 155cm tall and weighs 55kg before pregnancy, the ideal weight is 59.97kg, 65kg is 68.76kg, and 75kg is 77kg. Therefore, 7 to 15kg is the appropriate range of weight gain during pregnancy.

5. People who are less than 1.50 meters tall must work hard on weight adjustment. When you are shorter than average, the probability of having a narrow pelvis is very high. A narrow pelvis can easily lead to dystocia in pregnant women, so you should pay attention to the excessive size of the baby and the excessive accumulation of fat in the birth canal.

6. Many pregnant women experience pregnancy reactions after pregnancy. Pregnancy symptoms can be a direct factor in weight gain. Pregnant women who have been affected by pregnancy reactions may become obese due to overeating high-energy snacks after the pregnancy reactions have passed. Therefore, after the pregnancy reaction has passed, the weight gain of a complete management diet should not exceed 500 grams per week. If you gain more than 500 grams of weight within a week and have edema, it is best to consult a doctor.
