What are some photos of inverted nipples during pregnancy?

There are many reasons for nipple indentation, which may be congenital or acquired. The incidence of this condition is not very high, with only 1%-2% of women having inverted nipples. Each person's condition is different. The lightest is that the nipple is partially indented and can be easily squeezed out, and the size of the nipple is the same as that of a normal person; the mild to moderate case is that the nipple is completely indented, but can be squeezed out by hand, and the nipple is smaller than a normal nipple and has no neck; the third is a severe case, in which the nipple is completely sunken into the nipple and cannot be squeezed even with force. Nipple indentations can occur on both breasts or just on one side.

The sooner correction of inverted nipples is initiated, the better. This problem can be properly addressed if some corrective measures are adopted.

1. Choose the right bra: Some women have inverted nipples because the bra size is wrong. If the bra they wear is too tight, or if they have the habit of binding their breasts, it will aggravate the condition of inverted nipples. Pregnant women can make a hole the size of the nipple in their bras, and squeeze out the nipples while wearing the bra, so that the nipples remain protruding at all times.

2. Air pressure sucking method: There are many tools that pregnant women can rely on. Hooking the nipple with a needle tube, cupping cup, or a small wine cup, and then sucking out, can all help treat inverted nipples.

3. Stretching method: Use your fingers to pull the nipples frequently to make the nipples stand out, and stretch them several times a day. After a period of persistence, the nipples will naturally protrude outward.

4. Sucking therapy: Use a manual breast pump to suck the nipples every day during pregnancy, and it can be used several times a day.
