1. Watching TV series makes women age faster

Studies have shown that women who like to watch TV series will age faster, and their memory, concentration and cognitive abilities will decline faster. This may be because TV series are usually broadcast in multiple episodes, which causes women to sit for long periods of time and lack exercise, which leads to accelerated aging and decreased intelligence. Researchers say regular exercise and social activities can improve this condition.
