Press and rub the Zusanli point: Overlap the index finger and middle finger of one hand, place the middle finger on the Zusanli point on the same side, and press and rub with appropriate force for 0.5 to 1 minute. Alternate between the lower limbs. Efficacy: Nourishes the spleen and stomach, and harmonizes qi and blood.

Rub the Xuehai point with your palms: Place the palms of both hands on the Xuehai point on the same side, and rub with appropriate force for 0.5 to 1 minute. Alternate between the lower limbs. Efficacy: Promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis, dredge meridians and relieve pain.
