④Treat chyluria and hematuria: Fry red amaranth seeds until they bloom, then grind into fine powder. Take three grams each time with sugar water, three times a day. After taking it several times, if the urine is still turbid, you can use one or two liang of Potentilla fragrans and boil it in water. Harvesting and storage: Harvest the above-ground parts in autumn, rub them to remove the seeds after drying, winnow them, and dry them in the sun.

However, not everyone can eat Amaranth.
