Four lifestyle habits that women should avoid to avoid adnexitis

Four lifestyle habits that women should avoid to avoid adnexitis

Adnexitis is a common gynecological disease among women. The female reproductive organs such as fallopian tubes and ovaries are called uterine appendages. Therefore, inflammation of the fallopian tubes and ovaries is called adnexitis. To prevent adnexitis, stay away from the following bad habits

1. Sitting for a long time

Sitting for long periods of time and lack of activity can lead to poor blood circulation, especially in the lower limbs, which can cause obstruction of venous return, affect the normal detoxification function of the uterine appendages and cause inflammation.

2. Often wear tight pants

Tight pants can make the vulva airtight, causing vaginal discharge to accumulate, causing inflammation, and then ascending to induce adnexal inflammation.

3. Caused by other diseases

If latent infection lesions in other parts of the body are not treated in time, the pathogens can travel through the blood to the fallopian tubes and ovaries to cause crimes. Tuberculosis infection is the most common. Or inflammation of the pelvic cavity or organs adjacent to the fallopian tubes, such as appendicitis, can also affect the appendages. This type of inflammation is generally limited to the adjacent fallopian tube and ovary. Or sexually transmitted disease pathogens - such as syphilis and gonorrhea - can sneak into the reproductive tract.

4. Unscientific use of water

Use water to clean the perineum first and then the anus. If you wash the anus first and then the perineum, the bacteria from the anus will be brought into the vagina, or if you take a bath during menstruation, the bacteria will also move upward and invade the internal reproductive organs.
