What to eat for amenorrhea

Everyone knows about menstruation, but what is amenorrhea? Amenorrhea is a relatively common gynecological disease, which mainly refers to the fact that women do not have menstruation at a normal age. There are many people who experience amenorrhea due to a variety of reasons. Amenorrhea is generally divided into primary amenorrhea and secondary amenorrhea. The first type refers to the situation where a woman has reached the age of 18, which is equivalent to an adult, but has not yet had her period. This is called primary amenorrhea. Secondary amenorrhea refers to the cause caused by some diseases. Relatively speaking, secondary amenorrhea is easier to treat.

When people experience amenorrhea, they must go to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible. During this period, the condition can actually be improved through diet therapy. Today I will share with you what women with amenorrhea should eat. This way everyone can pay more attention to it in normal times.

Food 1: Pork and turtle meat

1 turtle, 500 grams of lean pork, and appropriate amount of rice wine. Kill the live turtle, remove its head, feet and blood, wash it and put it into a casserole. Add lean pork and an appropriate amount of water. Boil it over high heat first, then simmer it over low heat until it is well cooked. Eat it in several times, and it will be effective only if you eat several turtles in a row. Replenish Qi and blood, nourish Chong and Ren. Suitable for amenorrhea caused by Chong and Ren meridians (uterine hypoplasia) and deficiency of Qi and blood.

Food 2: Fungus and walnut candy

120 grams of black fungus, 120 grams of walnut kernels, 200 grams of brown sugar, and appropriate amount of rice wine. Grind the fungus and walnuts into powder, add brown sugar and mix evenly, then seal the mixture in a porcelain jar. Take 30 grams each time, twice a day until menstruation comes. It has the effects of nourishing the liver and kidneys, replenishing qi and blood, and nourishing Chong and Ren. Suitable for amenorrhea due to uterine hypoplasia.

Food 3: Black Bean and Double Red Soup

50-100 grams of black beans, 5 grams of safflower, and 30-50 grams of brown sugar. Put the first two ingredients in a stewing pot, add appropriate amount of water, stew until the black beans are cooked through, remove the safflower, add brown sugar and mix well. It has the effects of nourishing the liver and kidneys, promoting blood circulation and menstruation, and beautifying and blackening hair. Suitable for amenorrhea due to blood deficiency and qi stagnation.

The above is what I introduce to you about what to eat for amenorrhea. Amenorrhea is a disease that women cannot ignore. Don’t think that not having menstruation is a good thing. Only normal menstruation every month can indicate that your body is healthy. Otherwise it only means that there is something wrong with your body.
