How to prevent cereal poisoning?

To avoid the harm of unclean cereals to your health, please do the following 4 things with your parents:

1. Purchase cereals and their products through formal channels

In addition to regular cereals such as rice and noodles, do not buy soy sauce, vinegar, rice noodles, etc. produced by informal manufacturers, because these foods contain cereal ingredients.

2. Scientifically prepare cereal products

If the food needs to be soaked, change the water frequently during the soaking period and eat it as soon as possible after soaking. When making homemade fermented cereal foods, the sanitation of the raw materials and storage environment must be strictly guaranteed. It is best not to make or eat fermented cereal foods such as sour soup. If the leftover rice, steamed buns and other foods from the previous meal are found to be moldy or have abnormal sensory properties, they should be destroyed immediately and should not be eaten.

3. Proper storage of cereals

4. Make sure cereals are not spoiled before consumption
