People with allergic constitutions and people with lung qi deficiency and coldness are more likely to suffer from autumn allergic rhinitis.

How to prevent allergic rhinitis during the Beginning of Autumn? It is recommended to do "three preventions". Prevent temperature difference. During the Beginning of Autumn, the summer heat has not yet ended, the weather is changeable, the temperature difference between morning and evening is large, and the weather gradually changes from hot flashes to dry heat. You should ensure adequate sleep, drink enough water, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, do not stay in the air-conditioned room for a long time, and avoid large temperature differences between indoors and outdoors. Prevent autumn dryness. The basic principle is to nourish yin and clear dryness, moisten the lungs and produce fluid. Drink more warm water and eat more products that nourish yin and moisten the throat, such as lily, white fungus, black fungus, pear, etc. Those who use their voice more often should protect their throats and try to talk less. In addition, it is easy to get angry in autumn, so it is recommended to eat less spicy food.

Prevent allergens. To prevent allergic rhinitis, early detection and avoiding contact with allergens as much as possible are the key. It is recommended that patients with allergic rhinitis stay away from allergens and wear masks when going out; maintain the humidity of indoor air and do not let the nose become too dry; exercise regularly, combine work and rest, do not stay up late, and improve the body's immunity. At the same time, it gets colder in autumn, so add clothes in time and be careful not to catch a cold, especially protect the head and neck.
