Zou Mengying, attending physician of the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Rocket Force Special Medical Center, told everyone that you can pay attention to the following eight aspects.

1. Follow the right time

In daily life, we should adjust our daily life according to the climate changes throughout the year. We should follow the health-preserving principle of spring growth, summer growth, autumn harvest and winter storage, adjust our daily life time, eat regularly and sleep on time. We should combine the health-preserving rules of the internal organs for 24 hours a day, start from every little bit of life, and improve our immunity.

2. Regulate your emotions

Mental state is an internal environmental factor of the human body. The stability of the internal environment helps to keep the positive energy in the body for a long time, and the immunity is naturally improved. The "tranquility, emptiness and nothingness" emphasized by traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes that people should have a peaceful mind, be calm about everything, not be fussy about everything, not make things difficult for others or themselves, and avoid the influence of negative emotions such as anxiety and tension.

3. Eat in moderation

Many people have a health care misunderstanding: What can I eat to make up for my weak spleen and stomach? In fact, a regular and balanced diet, not too hungry, not too full, and not partial to partiality is the best way to regulate the spleen and stomach. The so-called eating should pay attention to the balance of yin and yang. 4. Keep exercising

When you finish exercising, your body and mind feel relaxed and stretched. Exercises that you can stick to for a long time are all good for your health.

The ancients called exercise "Daoyin". Ba Duan Jin, Yi Jin Jing, Wu Qin Xi, Tai Chi, etc. are all Daoyin methods suitable for all ages. Set a small exercise goal for yourself, accumulate and stick to it for many years, and your body will be exercised, and your immunity will naturally improve. It should be emphasized that the goal of Chinese medicine exercise is not to lose weight to maintain a good figure, but more to pursue a pleasant balance between body and mind. During the exercise process, pay attention to the combination of man and nature. For example, many exercises start from the east where the sun rises, symbolizing the beginning of a day of life. While exercising, pay attention to breathing and relaxation of the body and mind. The exercise of spirit is the most important.

5. Foot bath

Foot soaking, also known as foot bath, can be combined with corresponding Chinese medicine external washing. It is a common daily health care method. It has the effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, removing dampness and detoxification, nourishing the heart and calming the nerves. It can promote blood circulation and metabolism and achieve the effect of health care.

6. Moxibustion

Moxibustion is one of the external treatments in traditional Chinese medicine, and is often used to prevent and treat neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain caused by various cold pathogens. Moxibustion on certain specific acupuncture points on the body can achieve the purpose of harmonizing qi and blood, regulating meridians, nourishing internal organs, and improving immunity. Moxibustion mainly relies on local warm stimulation of the human body, which can enhance local blood circulation and lymphatic circulation. The temperature generated by moxibustion or the smoke from traditional moxibustion stimulates the human body to produce a specific stress state, mobilize and stimulate the human potential, activate the immune system, and thus improve the human immunity.

The "Book of Bian Que" points out: "When a person is healthy, he should often moxibustion Guanyuan, Qihai, Mingmen, and Zhongwan. Although he cannot achieve immortality, he can live for more than 100 years." Moxibustion has a good health-care effect and is easy to operate at home. Each time, moxibustion lasts 10 to 20 minutes. Choose one acupoint at a time and change another acupoint the next day. Drink warm water before and after moxibustion. It is not advisable to do moxibustion directly after a meal, after sweating after exercise, or after taking a bath. If you want to treat a disease, you need to do it under the guidance of a doctor.

7. Self-massage

Self-massage is also a very good TCM health care method. Doing it for ten minutes every day and persisting for a long time will have a good effect. The following introduces several special acupoints for self-massage from the perspective of internal organs.

Neiguan acupoint: located on the palm side of the forearm, on the line connecting Quze and Daling, 2 inches above the transverse wrist crease, between the palmaris longus tendon and the radial flexor carpi tendon. It is commonly used in modern times to treat angina pectoris, myocarditis, arrhythmia, gastritis, hysteria, etc.

Taixi acupoint: It is located on the inner side of the foot, in the depression between the back of the inner ankle and the heel bone tendon, that is, in the depression between the inner ankle and the Achilles tendon. It is often used to prevent and treat toothache, sore throat, asthma, bronchitis, cold hands and feet, arthritis, rheumatism, etc.

Zusanli acupoint: Located on the outside of the calf, 3 inches below the calf nose. It is mainly used to treat gastrointestinal diseases, paralysis of the lower limbs, mental illness, surgical diseases, and various symptoms of asthenia. You can use your thumb to press or massage with a massage stick, or you can use moxibustion. Because the calf muscles are thick, you can use more force than the previous two acupoints. Pay attention to breathing when you feel sore when pressing.

Hegu point: On the back of the hand, between the first and second metacarpal bones, at the midpoint of the radial side of the second metacarpal bone. It can be used for emergency analgesia for various pain symptoms, in addition to motion sickness, nausea and other symptoms.

Guanyuan acupoint: located in the lower abdomen, on the anterior midline, 3 inches below the navel. Suitable for the treatment and health care of reproductive system diseases. The health care effect is better when combined with moxibustion.

Zhongwan acupoint: The midpoint of the line connecting the lower end of the sternum and the navel is this acupoint. This acupoint is mainly used to treat digestive system diseases, such as abdominal distension, diarrhea, abdominal pain, abdominal borborygmus, acid regurgitation, vomiting, constipation, jaundice, etc. In addition, it is also effective for general stomach problems, loss of appetite, dizziness, tinnitus, acne, lack of energy, and neurasthenia. The massage effect is better half an hour after a meal, and the intensity should not be too strong to avoid nausea or pain.

8. Traditional Chinese medicine conditioning

In addition to home conditioning, you can go to a Chinese medicine hospital for professional conditioning treatment. Choose the appropriate conditioning plan according to each person's physical condition.
