Children's recurring rhinitis may be related to weak spleen and stomach!

As the weather has become warmer recently, children's noses have started to become restless again, with sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion and itching. Long-term nasal congestion causes children to snore when they sleep and have trouble eating... Why do children have repeated rhinitis attacks? Perhaps it is related to weak spleen and stomach.

Qingbitang: Are recurrent rhinitis related to weak spleen and stomach?

In fact, adult rhinitis has various causes, which are very complicated and difficult to treat. However, the cause of children's rhinitis is relatively simple, which is basically caused by external factors. The residual evil qi of external factors has not been cleared out and remains in the nasal cavity. The most critical reason is the lack of positive qi, that is, the lack of spleen and stomach qi.

The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine believes that all disharmony of the nine orifices is related to the spleen and stomach, and is caused by the spleen and stomach, especially problems with the orifices on the face, such as the eyes, ears, nose, and mouth, are related to the spleen and stomach. Because the spleen and stomach are the axis of the rotation of the human body's qi, responsible for raising the clear and lowering the turbid. If there is a problem with the spleen and stomach, the qi will not rotate, and the clear qi cannot rise. The eyes, ears, nose, and mouth are all called clear orifices. If the clear qi does not rise, leaving the turbid qi above, people will have problems.

According to TCM theory, the spleen and stomach determine the state of these orifices. If the spleen is deficient, people will suffer from various diseases of the five sense organs. Therefore, when children catch a cold, their tonsils are prone to problems. Long-term colds that do not heal can also induce nasal diseases such as rhinitis and sinusitis!

Qingbitang: Platycodon grandiflorum and ginseng soup, keep you away from rhinitis!

Platycodon grandiflorum helps in detoxification, Yuanshen can cool and moisturize, and relieve throat detoxification, while tangerine peel can clear the lungs and dispel cold, while ginger, Poria cocos, and licorice can raise yang energy and regulate the spleen and stomach.

Use 3g of each of these ingredients, add two bowls of water, boil it into one bowl of water, drink it once a day for five days to relieve nasal discomfort such as nasal congestion and runny nose!

Qingbitang warm reminder: Spring is the peak season for recurrent rhinitis and allergic rhinitis in children. Therefore, we must maintain good nasal health and prevent recurrence of rhinitis and sinusitis.
