3. Avoid strenuous activities.

When walking or doing activities with force, you should use elastic bandages or knee pads to prevent fatigue injuries and the effects of friction caused by joint movement.

4. Pay attention to the combination of work and rest.

Avoid overuse of joints, such as lifting heavy objects with one hand, sitting or standing for long periods of time, and reducing bending, climbing, squatting, etc. Although the condition of some patients with rheumatoid arthritis is basically under control and they are in the recovery period, their condition often worsens or relapses due to fatigue.
