Why is menopause so painful?

Why is menopause so painful?

After women enter menopause, due to the decline of body functions, they are prone to some uncomfortable symptoms. We all know that during menopause, women’s menstrual periods will be disordered, and their moods will easily fluctuate. However, some people also find that they suffer from body pain during menopause, and even this pain has caused a significant decrease in their sleep. So how could this happen?

1. Kidney deficiency

As they age, women's body weight will become thinner and thinner, eventually causing an imbalance between yang and yin. As a result, women will feel back pain, so we need to eat more foods that nourish yin and kidney, such as wolfberry, black beans, yam, etc., and also participate in some exercise appropriately.

2. Calcium deficiency

Women in menopause have ovarian decline, so the secretion of female hormones will decrease, and the absorption of calcium will also decrease. They are prone to symptoms of calcium deficiency, such as back pain, fractures and heel pain. If not properly treated, it may cause osteoporosis. Therefore, we should eat more bean foods and exercise while maintaining a balanced diet, but try not to do exercises that damage the kneecap.

3. Low back pain caused by dampness and cold

This is usually caused by the female friend's waist being attacked by cold, especially in rainy days, the symptoms will be aggravated, so we must strengthen the cold protection of the waist and abdomen, especially in winter, everyone should avoid catching cold, quilts should be taken out to dry, and ventilation must be maintained, and we must actively improve our living environment.

4. Gynecological inflammation

Women in menopause have a very low ability to secrete estrogen in the ovaries, and the glycogen content in the squamous epithelial cells has decreased. The pH value in the vagina has increased significantly, which will cause the local immunity to decline and make them more susceptible to infection by external pathogens, such as senile vaginitis, urethritis and other diseases. These symptoms may cause pain in the body, so we must pay attention to our daily living habits. We should use warm water to clean our private parts every day, wear cotton underwear, and ensure a low-calorie and high-fiber diet.

Now everyone should understand why women in menopause feel pain all over their body. This is usually due to the decrease in estrogen secretion and the decline of women's ovaries. At this stage, we need to take some estrogen appropriately under the guidance of a doctor, have a good lifestyle in daily life, eat more nutritious foods, and try to minimize these uncomfortable symptoms.
