Juicing fruit does not help nutrients be absorbed better

Some people think that homemade juice is healthy because the nutrients in the fruit are concentrated into essence after juicing, making it easier for the human body to absorb.

In fact, it is quite the opposite. After squeezing the fruit juice, there is no concentrated nutritional essence at all, but a lot of concentrated sugar. Especially after filtering the juice, it is perfectly transformed into a cup of "sugar water" that can be drunk side by side with cola. Fruit juice raises blood sugar levels faster than you can imagine

Take oranges as an example. The GI value of a whole orange is about 33-40, but after juicing, the GI value will quickly soar to 46-54. In other words, even if you only eat one orange, drinking orange juice will make the blood sugar in the body rise faster and the insulin level higher. Over time, the pancreas will be overwhelmed, and the terrible type 2 diabetes will come knocking. Don't think that diabetes is an old age disease and has nothing to do with your youth. Fruit juicing puts stress on liver lipid metabolism

A study from the University of Copenhagen in Denmark showed that eating fruit directly would reduce low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL) in the blood.
