1. Eat a balanced diet

2. Aerobic exercise and weight control

Exercise can not only strengthen the body, but also increase the oxygen content of the brain, enhance the vitality of the brain, and improve people's learning and work efficiency. You can choose your favorite sports, such as running, playing ball and yoga, and do appropriate physical exercise in the warm afternoons in winter. In case of bad weather such as heavy fog, you should stop exercising to avoid damaging your health.

In addition, there are certain requirements for the amount of exercise. You need to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day and at least 5 days a week to achieve the requirements of physical fitness.

3. Regularly measure blood pressure and blood lipids
