A mixture of factors accelerates the gathering of traumatized people, easily injuring people with long-term accumulated fatigue. A humid environment accelerates development. The symptoms can also be images. Lumbar disc herniation is often accompanied by lumbar muscle strain, gluteal muscle and piriformis syndrome.

Why are the lumbar muscles and cervical spine so easily strained?
