Eliminate the local or systemic factors that cause itching. If the vagina is infected with bacteria, you can use a gel disinfectant.

(III) Medication treatment

⑴ Antihistamines: Traditional antihistamines such as chlorpheniramine (Chlorpheniramine), diphenhydramine, hydroxyzine (Atalo), and cyproheptadine have sedative and antipruritic effects and can be used to treat this disease. Non-sedative antihistamines such as astemizole (Astemizole), loratadine tablets, loratadine terfenadine, azatadine (Azatadine), etc., also have certain effects on itching all over the body. For those with a long medical history, severe symptoms, and poor efficacy, the drugs can be used together to improve the actual effect. H1-receptor antagonists can be used in conjunction with H2-receptor antagonists such as cimetidine (cimetidine) and ranitidine, sometimes to enhance efficacy.

⑵ Drugs such as vitamin B21, vitamin C sodium thiosulfate, oryzanol tablets, bromine, iron supplements and sedatives can be selected and used according to the condition or used together with antihistamines.

⑶ Estrogen treatment: Elderly female patients with itching can take 0.5 mg of diethylstilbestrol, twice a day, or use lutein copper 1b 250 g, intramuscular injection, once a day. For pruritus that worsens during menstruation, lutein copper 1b 250g can be injected intramuscularly 10 days before menstruation. 5 mg is injected intramuscularly 5 days before menstruation. If the menstrual period is irregular, 1b250 g is injected intramuscularly on the 20th day after menarche, and 5 mg is injected intramuscularly again on the 25th day.

(4) Blockage therapy: 0.25% procaine hydrochloride 10-3b250l, or 4-6mg per kg body weight per day, added to 500ml of saline or 5% glucose saline. Venous occlusion, once a day, 10 times as a course of treatment. A skin allergy test should be done before use and the entire process of use should be closely observed. Some patients may experience side effects such as anaphylactic shock.

(IV) Partial Therapy

Local treatments are usually combined with systemic treatments, and can also be used independently with Xuqing, Xuantangxun, and Yinsan, which can usually calm itching and moisturize the skin.

Keep the vulva clean and dry. Use a pH 4 weakly acidic secret formula feminine wash, and you can also apply partial ice compress. All have certain anti-itching effect. Localized pruritus can also be treated with triamcinolone acetonide (tetracycline), prednisolone (prednisolone), dexamethasone and other drugs for partial blockade. Try to minimize the long-term or short-term use of large doses of topical corticosteroids. At present, Chinese herbal medicine Weifu cream has overcome this shortcoming and the treatment is completely safe.
