Women have difficulty urinating and need to exert force

As for urinary incontinence, it mainly refers to the inability to complete the urination process, which is a relatively common symptom. There are many reasons for urinary difficulty, which usually occurs in young people, and women are more likely to suffer from it than men. If a woman has difficulty urinating, she should first go to the hospital for examination in time and receive treatment based on the doctor's diagnosis. Why is it that women have difficulty urinating and do not urinate continuously?

1. Why do women have to use more force to urinate?

First, diabetes. Diabetes can cause difficulty urinating. If the patient develops severe diabetes, it will cause changes in the nerves and blood vessels, and the bladder will be affected. When the patient urinates, the bladder muscle contraction ability is relatively poor, so the symptoms of difficult and uncontinuous urination will occur.

Second, bladder inflammation. If women do not judge whether they have difficulty urinating, it is very likely that they have a so-called prostate disease, that is, an inflammation of the bladder. The glandular duct tissues around the entrance and exit of the female bladder look very similar to the male prostate. If the bladder entrance and exit become inflamed, it will block the bladder entrance and exit, causing difficulty in urination.

Third, there are actually many reasons why women have difficulty urinating and are not continuous. In addition to some of their own diseases, it may have a lot to do with an unhealthy lifestyle or diet. In order to completely improve the symptoms, patients should go to the hospital for examination in time and make targeted treatment plans.

2. What is urinary obstruction?

Dysuria refers to a condition in which a person cannot urinate smoothly. There are many diseases that cause urinary difficulty, but the only anal disease that can cause urinary difficulty is anal papilla hypertrophy. Anal papillary hypertrophy is also called anal papilloma, which refers to the enlargement and hardening of the anal papilla due to long-term stimulation of feces and inflammation. It is one of the common malignant tumors of the anus and duodenum. Anal papilla hypertrophy is a latent tumor with a slow progression. It is a benign tumor and is easy to treat during the recovery period. It is common in young people, more common in women than in men. In clinical medicine, in addition to the prolapse of anal papilloma, there are occasional bleeding after defecation, a feeling of difficulty in defecation, and anal itching as specific manifestations.
