Can I use force to relieve constipation during early pregnancy?

In the early stages of pregnancy, the formation of the little life causes changes in the mother's body hormones and the appearance of different symptoms. For example, fear of cold, morning sickness, constipation... When it comes to constipation, many expectant mothers always look miserable. So, can you exert yourself when you are constipated during pregnancy?

The answer is that you can use force, but not too much. As we all know, in the early stages of pregnancy, the sperm and egg combine to form the embryo. Although the uterus will be in a closed state after embryo implantation, the growth of the fetus is unstable. If you push hard to defecate, the pressure around the anus will also compress the uterus, which will have varying degrees of impact on the fetus. So how should we prevent it?

1. Maintain the amount of water you drink every day. It is beneficial to drink more water at any time, especially during pregnancy when the fetus's metabolism is very high and the demand for water is greater than usual. However, there is a way to drink water. It is not about drinking too much. You can drink a moderate amount of water to meet the needs of gastrointestinal digestion and absorption, thereby reducing the hardness of stool.

2. Pay attention to a balanced diet. Eat more fruits on a daily basis and avoid spicy foods that can easily cause getting angry. Such as bananas, dragon fruit, apples, carrots and other vegetables and fruits, which are rich in vitamins, can help accelerate gastrointestinal motility, achieve the effect of moisturizing the intestines and laxatives, and can also help pregnant mothers alleviate constipation.

3. Combine moderate exercise with regular bowel movements. The so-called life depends on exercise, this statement is not wrong. Maintaining a suitable exercise intensity at all times can not only strengthen the body but also accelerate the body's metabolism, relieve constipation to a certain extent. Secondly, it is also necessary to develop a habit of regular bowel movements, so that the body can form a subconscious habit of defecating at designated times, and try not to accumulate stool, which will aggravate the process of constipation. You need to be careful when you have a bowel movement and it is not suitable to have a bowel movement for too long.

Gradually developing and persisting in cultivating these good habits will make pregnancy easier and will also bring lasting benefits, so give it a try.
