Ectopic pregnancy hemorrhage rescue process

Ectopic pregnancy hemorrhage rescue process

If you are pregnant, you must do a BC when you go to the hospital for a check-up in the early stages of pregnancy, because through BC, you can check whether the fetus is inside the uterus or outside the uterus. If it is an ectopic pregnancy, then you need to receive treatment. The early symptoms of ectopic pregnancy are very obvious. So, how to treat patients with ectopic pregnancy and internal bleeding?

How to treat patients with ectopic pregnancy and internal bleeding

About 1/3 of patients with ectopic pregnancy are in a state of pre-shock or shock when they are hospitalized. The severity of the shock is determined by the amount of internal bleeding and the rate of excessive bleeding, which is not proportional to vaginal bleeding. If the pregnancy is bilateral tubal hyaloid (a section of bilateral fallopian tubes inside the endometrium), the tubes will not rupture until the baby is 3 to 4 months old because the uterine muscles surround the lumen. This point is where the uterine blood vessels and uterine and ovarian blood vessels converge. The blood vessels are rich and colorful. Once ruptured, a large number of abdominal blood vessels will rupture in a very short time, and there will be a risk of life if not treated quickly. If a patient with ectopic pregnancy suddenly suffers a physical accident, then good emergency treatment will be the only way to avoid malignant consequences. Specifically speaking, the rescue methods in emergency situations focus on high efficiency and timeliness. The method is as follows.

1. Before the ambulance arrives, you should keep your head down and your feet high, do not make any noise, and avoid bleeding, as bleeding can cause shock and other symptoms. It is also very important to use products such as blankets to insulate.

2. When sperm and egg combine and settle outside the uterus, it is called ectopic pregnancy. 95% of ectopic pregnancies occur in the bilateral fallopian tubes, and some occur in the uterus, ovaries, and abdomen. This position is not suitable for pregnancy as it may lead to miscarriage and rupture, causing internal bleeding.

3. Amenorrhea, vaginal bleeding, and abdominal pain are typical manifestations of ectopic pregnancy. If the lower abdominal pain worsens, accompanied by nausea, vomiting, dizziness, sweating, and pale face, it means there is bleeding in the abdomen, which is a dangerous sign. Before emergency treatment, the infectious disease hospital should be notified immediately.
